The Spirit of God living in us is just a down payment of what it will be like when we reach heaven. The amazing presence of God in our lives is only a taste of the glories that are yet to come for the believer. When God speaks to you it is through His Holy Spirit. He is to giver and source of the gifting that God has placed into believers for the betterment, growth and development of the church.
